Bibby + Brady | How We Work

It's scary how close we're getting to Christmas, how did that sneak up so fast?! We all want our homes to look great for the holiday season, when our family and friends may be visiting. Today I thought I'd run through how Bibby + Brady (my interior design business with Dael Brady) works, for those of you who don't know and my be interested. If you want to hire our services before Christmas, now is the time to do it - we have limited available spaces left for this year.

Dael & I work mainly with residential clients, but we absolutely love the commercial projects we've worked on to, and can't wait for more. You can hire us on an hourly basis if you want help with sourcing furniture, picking paint colours, adding those finishing touches to your home... Or you can hire us to design a complete room. When we're working on a room design we need to get a really good feel for our client's wants and needs. Each concept board is tailor made to fit those requirements and our client's taste. Everything we feature on the board we can source (apart from the occasional inspirational image).

Once you have your concept board, and love it, you can purchase a shopping list from us. This will list every item, including paint, fabric, flooring etc, a description of each and a price. We will pass on any designer discounts to you that are available to us, so although you're paying for the shopping list, you're saving time and money by letting us help you.

When we work with local client's, we relish the opportunity to help create our vision, and are available to project manage the design, recommending and working with tradesmen. We have successfully worked with lots of clients who live outside of Hawke's Bay too. It just means you have to project manage the job yourself, but we will be available to help in whatever way we can with advice and recommendations. And we can organise to have furniture, rugs, artwork and homeware shipped anywhere in New Zealand. If you would like to work with Dael and I, or just have a question, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
