Restaurant DESIGN - NAPIER

Sai Eatery was a nine month project that we took from a crumbling shell of a building to a complete finished restaurant. It required space planning, restaurant design, kitchen design, project management, and fit out. Although the cuisine is authentic Thai, our client didn't want a traditional Thai looking restaurant. Her favourite colours were brown and grey, which we worked with, and enhanced with the inclusion of rich jewel tones, and layers of texture.
