Bathroom Wallpaper | Three Ways

Dael & I have both recently given our loos a makeover. I have a few final touches to finish mine, and once done I will be sharing our new looks with you all. We firmly believe that the smallest room in the house shouldn't be overlooked. It's a space you don't stay in for long, so you can afford to get a little adventurous, and what better way to do that than some amazing wallpaper?!

This gorgeous Fornasetti wallpaper would be fun to look at while you're on the loo!

I love this Banana Leaf wallpaper, it looks fantastic with black and white. If you find a lot of pattern too overwhelming you can add a dado rail and just wallpaper one half of the wall.

This might just be my favourite loo. The beautiful floral pattern with the black background is stunning against the brass fixtures. From the hallway you just catch a glimpse of the drama that's happening in that tiny room. The contrast against the clean white hallway walls is divine.

Atlantic Byron Bay

Byron Bay is somewhere I'd love to visit. I like the idea of the laid-back lifestyle, sunshine, beaches, friendly people, and great little shops and cafes. Where better to enjoy all those things than at Atlantic Byron Bay?!

I came across this amazing accommodation on my internet travels and have bookmarked it incase I ever make it to Byron Bay - this is definitely where I'd like to stay. Three original beach cottages have been transformed into Caribbean style plantation houses linked by sun bleached paths. It's the perfect holiday setting, nestled amongst tropical gardens with the rainforest reserve as a backdrop. Beautiful beaches and surf breaks are only a stroll away.

The attention to detail is brilliant when it comes to the decor. A colour palette borrowed straight from the beach, and lots of seaside paraphernalia set the scene. Relaxed and inviting, the furniture is all quite gorgeous, and there are plenty of outdoor spots to relax and entertain, including a super cool American Airstream Trailer.

If you're planning a trip to this gorgeous part of the world, I highly recommend checking out Atlantic Byron Bay. Send me a postcard :)

Adore | The Family Edition

My favourite online magazine, Adore Home, has just released it's special family edition. If you have children of your own, or special little ones in your life, there is so much inspiration waiting for you in these pages.

Starting with a kids' room feature which includes some beautiful nurseries, as well as this stunning 'big girl's' room inspired by The Beverley Hills Hotel in LA.

There's a beautiful shop tour of Montebello Emporium in Melbourne - another one to put on my 'Melbourne shops to visit' list.

You will love the cover home which belongs to interior designer, Kate Sparks. Kate specialises in children's rooms, so you can imagine how amazing her own kids' rooms are! Here are some pics of kitchen and master bedroom, you'll have to read the magazine to see the rest of the tour.

As a huge fan of artist, David Bromley and his nudes, I knew I was going to enjoy touring the Brisbane home of Louisa Curtain, I'm sure you will too.

I have only scratched the surface of what you'll find in this latest edition of Adore. So put some time aside to enjoy it all for yourself.
