Most of you know how much I love magazines, both printed and digital. So I was really excited to get an introductory email from the lovely Hazel, of Hazel Loves Design, a few months ago, telling me she was launching a brand new online magazine dedicated to New Zealand's indie design world. She has worked really hard to put it together, and yesterday the first issue of Hazed magazine went live.
I was happy to be a contributor with this selection of gorgeous geometrics: Ikea Lappljung rug; 'Wanderlust' painting by Emma Gale; Harlequin bear brooch by Sketchinc; Aztec cushion cover by Ponyrider; Kaleidoscope patchwork quilt by Urban Outfitters; Geo Colour print by White Forest Home; and Remix wallpaper by Ferm Living.
I loved reading more about the extremely talented textile artist, Jane Denton. And to see some of her gorgeous work in the equally stunning home of Meg McMillan, who owns Tea Pea, a beautiful store full of cute and colourful products.
Make sure you go and see it all for yourself - interviews, recipes, lovely homes, fabulous products, and lots of clever Kiwi's at work.
